1. Greetings

Greetings are very important in Ethiopia. People love it when you say hello in their language. It shows respect.

2. Taxi Phrases

Getting around town is an adventure. Most travelers use small blue taxis or minibuses called “Ride”. Use these words to get to your destination safely.

Ethiopian food is delicious! You will eat a lot of Injera (flatbread) and Wot (stew). Use these words to order your food and drinks.
